SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates — European Union
• Orders over €45 — FREE standard shipping
• Orders under €45 — €4.95 flat rate standard shipping

Delivery times
Standard delivery across the EU typically takes 5–8 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Order tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Taxes and duties
All prices include VAT for EU customers. No additional customs fees apply to orders delivered within the European Union.

Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Every order is covered by our 30-Day Guarantee (see Refund Policy).
